Staying at this hotel was truly a delight. The rooms were surprisingly spacious with a 2-story ceiling, large windows, and even heated floors in the master bath making it a cozy and fresh space. The bed and pillows were top-notch, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The view over Lisberg was just the cherry on top.

The service was simply charming and very helpful. The staff was on top of their game every day, from check-in to the breakfast service the next morning. They were nice and polite without being overbearing.

The location couldn't have been better. It was right in the center, across from convenient mass transportation, walking distance to the old town, and even close to Sweden's largest amusement park. The personnel were friendly and always happy to share tips about the surrounding area.

Dining at the hotel was a true highlight. The meals were excellent, some of the best I've had in a while at a hotel. From standard items like muesli, fish, and cheeses to original dishes, everything was delicious and satisfying.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of good and some areas needing improvement. The rooms were modern and clean with real king beds, although I encountered some smell problems in the bathroom, which were promptly resolved with a replacement and complimentary champagne. The hotel offers huge rooms with lots of light, spacious and clean, although it can feel extremely hot due to inadequate ventilation. The service is top-notch, providing a sense of care and professionalism. The location is convenient, especially for the exhibition center and access to transportation, though not exceptional. The dining experience, while having beautiful views, fell short of expectations. Overall, a 5-star experience worth returning to.
